Original artwork 14in x 18in - colored pencil on white Strathmore paper - In the Hopi tradition, "When the Blue Star Kachina (Saquasohuh) makes its appearance in the heavens, the Fifth World will emerge". This will be the Day of Purification. The Hopi name for the star Sirius is Blue Star Kachina. It will come when the Saquasohuh (Blue Star) Kachina comes back to dance in the plaza and removes his mask to usher in the period of purification. - Here is my interpretation of Blue Star's return to the Earth, alighting in the square to usher in the ascension of the peoples and its prophesies.
